Basic Life Support (BLS) is the premier resuscitation training designed specifically for healthcare clinicians, including nurses, physicians, EMTs, and dental professionals. Updated to reflect the 2026 ECC guidelines, this course emphasizes a systematic approach to life-threatening emergencies. Key modules include performing a rapid visual survey for safety, checking responsiveness, and simultaneously assessing breathing and pulse. Participants will master high-quality chest compressions (100–120 per minute), advanced ventilation techniques using bag-valve-masks (BVM), and the integration of Automated External Defibrillators (AED) in multi-rescuer scenarios. The training utilizes scenario-based drills to sharpen critical thinking, team dynamics, and communication skills essential for high-performance resuscitation teams. Upon passing both the written exam and the hands-on skills evaluation, learners receive a nationally recognized 2-year digital certificate.
