During his military career, Jayson completed multiple overseas deploymentsâincluding Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Bosniaâwhere he gained extensive experience in threat assessment, weapons handling, and decisionâmaking under pressure. These experiences shape the practical, safetyâdriven training he provides to students today.
Jayson is an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor, Tennessee Enhanced Handgun Carry Permit (EHCP) Instructor, and PPS Certified Instructor, authorized to train and certify both armed and unarmed security officers. Students appreciate his calm teaching style, clear communication, and ability to break down complex skills into simple, achievable steps.
